Working under the domain of Criminal, Civil, Arbitration matters, SARFAESI, DRT matters, Corporate Compliance, Legal Metrology, RBI Compliance, ROC Compliance, Drafting of various Agreements, MOU, LOI etc. Strongly believes in PROACTIVE legal instead of reactive legal.

Santu Paul

An energetic specialist of Criminal litigation having vast practicing experience with renowned law firms in Criminal and Civil matters across the courts of West Bengal. Having good network and tested skills of liaison with various departments and authorities and specialized in the case U/S 138 of N.I Act, Criminal Cases, Arbitration, Execution Cases, SARFAESI Act, DRT cases and also liaisoning with Police Stations.
